My first try at interpreting: The enemy is trying to slow my ministry /purpose down and keep me defeated. i am slowly breaking his stronghold (arm in road). I am to look to the Father for protection because he is the only one who can defeat this enemy. If I look to the Father and Son He will reveal my destiny and my purpose/ministry.
