I was walking on a college campus and onto a giant football stadium. Many different teams were practicing (like for a giant tournament), and young men were training. As we left the complex, we walked up a gradual incline and we saw young men training on our right. One of the guys in the squad with me commented that the young men were more serious than they were before. I replied that they knew that things were about to get real (or serious). I was implying that a battle was coming. All of a sudden I was in a building (or vessel?) and there were wires, conduit and controls all around me. It was very complex and confusing and I think it was a training session. All of a sudden I noticed that there were labels all over the place that said “for Deric” or “Deric” and had arrows pointing to different pipes or areas. I said “Hey guys, check this out, my buddy Bobby (a life-long friend of mine) has labeled everything for me!” Then I was able to grab one of the pipes that had my name on it and was able to pull it open (because it had a slit down the middle) and fresh, cool air spewed into the room. Everyone cheered and we were laughing because it was so hot and stuffy in that small control/engine room.

This is a prophetic, calling and direction dream that speaks of a season to come. There will be a change of seasons, that will equip you personally as a leader and thos who follow you.
A season from learning (college campus) to on the job training to a public place of influence/control/authority (‘giant football stadium’ and ‘labels all over the place that said “for Deric” or “Deric” and had arrows pointing to different pipes or areas).
It feels like you will be taking a group of people with you in this process of training (gradual incline) which will also get uncomfortable (so hot and stuffy in that small control/engine room) and the key is to partner with the Holy Spirit (fresh, cool air spewed into the room).
Part of the training will be specific to you and your calling, in the area where personal discernment will be sharpen (..there were wires, conduit and controls) and the exercise of wisdom will be required, maybe just towards the end (a building/vessel) before the shift to a public place of influence.
As you are training, you and your team will come across youths or other teams who are different from your team's assignment but maybe also to accomplish the same mission (battle).

@Iris Low- Seah Lots of good insight, but this interpretation needs to be simplified and shortened to make it more clear and easily understandable for any dreamer. Also note that while it may be helpful for some dreamers, it is not necessary to explain what symbols identified which meanings that you see. When interpreting in person this can be a part of a conversation after the interpretation is given, but is usually better not included in written interpretations unless the dreamer asks.

the dream shows that you are called to be part of God's plan to train up young people for Kingdom assignment. your involvement would be more in a leadership role in that ministry to connect and mobilize different parts in it. Holy Spirit will teach you step by step and you need follow His instructions, that you will be able to bring refreshing words and encouragement to your team.
@icsumyi Great summary and short interpretation. However, keep in mind that the dreamer is observing a lot of young people who are getting serious, but the dream, as written, does not indicate that the members of his squad are young people.
This is a great dream about preparing for assignments (possibly in the area of spiritual warfare). You have seen the increase in intensity around you and are being positioned in a way that you will be confident in how your gifts will function. As this process proceeds you are going to release things that bring refreshment and joy to others who are in the midst of the same type of training.
