I have had several dreams where people I know are either pregnant or have a child, I often see who the significant other is as well even if I do not know of a significant other for that person in real life. I am unsure if these are spiritual babies and pregnancies or natural? The two dreams with actual babies both the babies were boys, one dream a woman was pregnant and in another a woman was 3 weeks pregnant.

I've had dreams about pregnancy and birth a few times. It's interesting studying each of these dreams. While they felt strange at first, over time as I pray about them God helps reveal the meaning intended for me. Michael, thank you for the note about looking at the context of a dream to discern small differences. This is so helpful!
I have had so many dreams about having a baby, they are always a boy. And I would keep telling everyone how can this be? I can’t have anymore children. But I have had about 5 over the years.
They all were very healthy and I was so happy. I had one in a bathtub.
There can be, but it would be very dependent upon the context of the dream as a whole.
Is there any significance in whether the baby is a boy or a girl?
Babies and pregnancy most often relate to spiritual matters that are about to come into place and gifts or calls that a person is carrying for and raising up. By beginning to focus on the subtle differences in your dreams and how they unfold, you should be able to distinguish between when Holy Spirit is speaking of natural pregnancies and spiritual ones.
