My husband's dream: I'm standing in the parking lot (which is water in the dream) in front of our church Rock City. Across from me is TD Jakes with like baseball bat...I have a smooth stone in my hand and I toss it to him. He hits it with the bat back in my direction. It falls in front of me into water. I put my hands into water but I can't feel the stone. I wake up.

The dream is providing ministry direction and aid to the dreamer.
Dreamer is either finding it hard to spiritually connect with the fellowship.
Or there is a spiritual disconnect with the dreamer and church.
Even though the dreamer is unable to feel or finding it hard to work out , God is pointing to the issue.
