The Visitor

At my grandmas in her bedroom with my wife taking care of her double wide trailer. Eating chocolate chip cookies but wife said there were too many chocolate chips. My two sons are with us. I’m watching video of high school friends doing handstands and jumping over people into pool. Then an African American boy in a power wheelchair comes up to the front screen door and we ignore until he leaves. Then wife says “okay it’s time for you to go to work.” And I remember that it’s Monday. But then the boy in the power chair comes back.

I decide to answer the door and he asked if I’m Jereme Wilroy and it surprised me that he knew my name. My wife is talking but i shh her so the boy wouldn’t hear her asking about him. Next he goes off the porch to the side yard and says “This is it!” to his parents. He tells me he plans to be here until March 6 or 7th. When I thought about the date I remembered I was supposed to start some kind of teaching or personal training then. I go to back yard to try and peek at what’s going on and they are setting up a big bath tub/jacuzzi in the side yard and filling it with water. I also see a couple camper trailers in the back corner playing loud music. The grass is really tall where I am. I start to head back and call my wife over to see.

We try to get back in trailer and the boys mom shows up with a box of books and we pick out two books each and my two give me the word “promise” which I felt was the word for my dreams for the year. Wife gets two books and gets a popular kids book about a fox and his adventures. The boy in the power chair shows up at the back door and starts worshiping to Elevation music. And he is so honored to be in my wife’s presence because of the atmosphere of worship she creates. We know we are a little known for worship but still confused then the dream ends.
