I had a dream last night about my husband, Aaron. The worship team was playing an acoustic set at church and they came to the song Resurrecting and when they were done, Pastor motioned to Aaron. Aaron didn’t know whether he wanted him to get behind the kit or keep playing on the ground (he was using his sticks to keep beat on the floor of the stage,) but pastor shook his head ‘no’ when he started walking to the kit. He shook his head ‘no’ again when he tried to keep playing on the ground. He wanted Aaron to sing. He got up and started belting the song and the Holy Spirit broke out. Then I woke up.

I assume that you were not involved in this dream other than as an observer, making this what is called an extrinsic dream. That is a dream about someone else, which is usually for intercession. This is a great dream that speaks of your husband's ability to keep things moving in proper sync, but usually done from "behind the scenes". It reveals a new place that God is calling him, where it is time for his voice to be heard and leading others into a place where they can experience a move of the Holy Spirit in a fresh way.

I believe this dream is a call to intercession for your husband Aaron and says the Lord is preparing to use Aaron in new and unexpected ways that are currently outside of what he perceives to be his giftings. As Aaron steps out and yields to what the Lord is doing the Holy Spirit will be ushered in.
