My son, Jack, and I are in a room in our home. It doesn't look like our current home but I know that it is ours in the dream. I see a cabinet door slightly open and notice golden colored eyes looking at us through it. The door opens fully on its own and inside is a large, beautiful owl. I know this owl has been sleeping and now it is time to awake. The light in the room quickly goes from bright to dim as if the sun is setting. The owl spreads its wings and takes flight. It heads to a glass door that opens on its own, but as soon as it gets ready to fly through the owl changes into a boy about my son's age, 12, and runs through the open glass door. He was wearing a white shirt. The dream was in color and I felt confused.
