I keep having dreams of my younger sister flirting with my husband about 4 dreams so far and trying to show her body to him in different ways. The dreams have been so repetitive I had to pay attention. In real life my sister is married but inappropriate with my hubby at times, comparing him to her husband to me and has commented on his good looks and is always trying to impress him. The last dream I had involved my hubby and sister planning to run off together. I have already prayed against any evil plans of the enemy. I just wanted some insight into the dreams I've been having.

Repetitive dreams are often God's way of saying attention - whether they come from God or our enemy, the repeat of them reminds us to pay attention to what is being conveyed. These dreams do have the feel of needing to address some things and examine your own heart/feelings as indicated by @Lori Renoe Biggar and they are definitely a call to prayer as indicated by @lusiahalim21 .
While there is not enough detail to give a full specific interpretation to any one of them, I do believe that as a repeating group of dreams they are calling you to deal with any anxiety or fear you may have allowed to gain hold of you and to pray for your husband, as well as for your sister and her marriage.
