Old friend with bad habits

I had this dream a few nights ago and it really freaked me out, because my dreams are not normally this dark.

I had a dream that I came across an old friend of mine from a few years ago when I didn’t really have a relationship with God and was living rebelliously. In my dream she was a real mess, and didn’t really look like herself at all. She was quite scary in the dream actually even though she is smaller than me. She had this crazy wild-eyed look about her. In my dream she had gotten into a bunch of drugs, and was quite manic. I was just following her around watching what she was doing. She came across a girl we knew from school at the top of some stairs with a railing, and started to harass this girl for her medication. The girl wasn’t cooperating. To my horror, before I could stop her, my old friend grabbed the medication by force and threw this girl over the railing of the stairs. At first I thought she was dead because it looked like her neck snapped, but when I came closer (I was standing at the foot of the stairs as all this was happening) I noticed she was still alive, but her leg had snapped off. I left my old friend and took this poor girl to the hospital, but when I got there the hospital was overcrowded and in a bit of a mess. I eventually found a bed for this girl, but I can’t remember what happened after that.

There was one point in the dream, I can’t exactly remember when, when I met someone else outside an elevator in a parking lot, and I was asking them why the walls were red/covered in blood in this one specific spot. They told me that this is where demons are cast out?

Just a very weird and dark dream and I have no idea what to make of it. I think this dream was probably not from God, but would like someone else’s perspective.
