I don't remember when was the last time I had a nightmare about something frightening. However, I constantly dream about walking or traveling with a love one and suddenly missing that person or even getting lost myself while trying to return to where I know this love one is. This happens in order by frequency of occurrence, with my dog (who I feel more about as if she was my daughter), my wife, and less frequently, with my son. These are not scary dreams, but they make me feel such a sense of lost that it feels overwhelming, and I wake up and I need to check on them to make sure they're okay. The setting of these dreams are frequently well known places. However, I'm never able to find my way to my house or my parents house (we live just a few blocks from them). So a variation of this dream is that I get lost myself feeling confused to the point of despair.

Dreams posted to the forum will be interpreted by students. They will likely accumulate during breaks between classes, so please keep this in mind. Remember most interpretations are provided by students and they are learning what they are doing. Moderators will often have more seasoned interpretations when they do comment on a dream. A moderator often responds to Level 1 student interpretations and comments when necessary for Level 2 students. Level 3 students will post interpretations as student moderators.

Thank you John and Michael. This is very useful and makes a lot of sense. I'll pray and meditate according to your guidance. Thank you again, and God bless you!
@Bystander A11 The typical purpose in recurring dreams is to make us aware of something that we are not "getting". Often when we understand what is being conveyed, the repetitive nature of the dream ends. I am glad you don't see these dreams as nightmares, as I do not believe that they are. These dreams indicates that you may be dealing with some challenges associated with your identity in relationship to various people around you and that you could feel lost an unable to relate to them in the fullest way you desire to. As for the dream with the dog and it being most frequent, it is possible that this version speaks of the way you see your faithfulness commitment. In any event, the dreams speak to the need for prayer that you will "find" the way you need to both express yourself and relate to those around you.
Hey there, I'm a guest on this forum and not affiliated with the school at this time,
I think the frequency of this dream is warning you that something in the future might cause division in your family , it might be something your doing or allowing, or possibly the plan of the enemy, anything that separates you from your family isn't God's will , and things that start as a small problem can grow into destructive forces , examine your life and God will reveal it to you .
Hope this
