My boyfriend of 2 years broke up with me a couple of days ago.
For context, we got into reoccurring fights, and more importantly, we didn't agree on the topic of kids. I have always wanted to have kids and he wasn't really sure if he wanted them, and was leaning more towards 'no'.
In my dream, we were riding a subway together and I was talking to a woman I don't recognize. When it was time to get off, he got off and I tried to get off the subway too, but I couldn't. My legs weren't working, almost as if they were paralyzed or asleep. It felt as though they had no power in them and I couldn't walk. It didn't seem like he noticed I wasn't coming with him, as I saw his back walking up the stairs to exit the station without turning around.
I managed to make it off at what was either the next stop or another exit, and I called him. He was angry/annoyed when we spoke. I was trying to describe my surroundings so he could come and find me but my vision was so blurred and I couldn't see properly.
What does this mean?

I believe this dream is simply showing you how you are currently feeling. I get the sense that you feel stunned, perhaps paralyzed, trying to figure out where you stand in the situation. This dream could be a way of safely working through or identifying some of those feelings.
On a personal note, I believe God knows your every feeling and thought. I am reminded of Psalm 139 which helped me through a time when I needed much comfort and clarity from God.
I will be praying that God brings you both solace and direction as you seek discernment on your next steps.

Hey there , I'm speaking as a guest and not affiliated with the school, the imagery as I understand it is that you and your boyfriend on the train is your current relationship, when he gets off and doesn't look back this is telling you he is focused his goals and on the direction he wants to go, (with or without you) God probably has a calling on your life and is the reason your not allowed or able to get off at the same place as your boyfriend . the train continues and you progress farther than your boyfriend , and are in a new place , but you calling him in the dream means you continue to reach out to this person , bringing him back into your life.
