Good morning! I had a dream where my office was on the second to top floor of a high rise. I was looking down, out the window and saw someone on a goat which looked like they were under water. I thought give the goat oxygen he can't breathe underwater! I then saw around 10 more goat riders following, possibly a tour. I then realized they were on ground, but because we were up so high it looked like they were under water. The ground was barren w/crevises as a ground that had been under water for some time,
