I keep having dreams about my ex boyfriend from high school. In the dreams, I am divorced and in all of the dreams I am happy and feel loved again. We engage in hugs and kisses and just that physical touch love language. We were happy and we spent time catching up with each other and me reconnecting with his family, specifically his mom, who I was very close with in high school. (This is reality) When I got married to my husband, over a decade ago, I had to cut off connection with her, so in one of the dreams, I remember my ex asking me had I talked with his mom yet and I said no. He said to make sure I talk to her because she’s missed me. I’m just not sure what he symbolizes or what these dreams involving him mean.

I think the the ex boyfriend represent an old habit or life style that separates you from being connected with the Creator God, and the mother of the ex represents the root source/cause of the habit/lifestyle.
