I looked and saw a bench near some trees in the green grass of our yard. There was a young woman/girl with long blonde hair in the process of picking up a our large green bouncy ball and placing it next to the legs of the bench. I couldn't see her face, but I remember distinctly her form, and that the colors in the dream were muted in comparison the the bright green ball.

Our own dreams can be very difficult to interpret until we learn to detach from what we want them to mean. The symbolism in this dream is not difficult, but that is true almost all dreams. Learning to hear Holy Spirit as he directs us to an understanding instead of looking for what we want to see in a dream is what is often the most difficult. By the way, the young woman/girl in the dream was probably an angel and even when the face of the angelic is unseen, they will often remind us of someone we know or seem to be someone we should be familiar with.
Thank you for taking the time and energy to give an interpretation of my dream! Was this a dream I should have been able to interpret based on the symbolism, or was it simply a matter of prayer?? I spent several days talking to the Lord about it and asking about the meaning, but I think I was distracted by the fact that the ball belongs to one of our children. I assumed it had something to do with her... I think I wanted to have something to do with her, and maybe that kept me from hearing what the Lord had to say about it.
The Lord is inviting you to a place of rest. He is providing all that you need to step out of the mundane of life and into a new place of fun and exciting growth in your spiritual journey.
