This dream is actually my grandma’s dream that she shared with me but i wanted to ask for some help in interpreting it. She said she had a dream that a giant octupus was chasing her and she heard a voice saying ”run! run!” and she was running. when she told me it she described it as a ”really bad dream” she said she interpreted it and that God was telling her to stay away from gossip, however when she was sharing this dream with me the symbol of the octupus really stood out to me and the fact that an octupus has 8 legs and can grab you (or attack you) from multiple directions. I just got a feeling that there is something more that God is trying to warn her against with this dream than what she interpreted it as and it has been on my mind since she shared it with me.

This dream relates to manipulation and control (which can of course come through gossip as one possible avenue). It is a warning to run from those who would seek to use their words to manipulate and control situations. Run in this case would be similar to how Joseph ran from Potiphar's wife.
