A friend and I were in an aircraft hangar located in the middle of nowhere. The hangar was going to be the set of a movie we were going to shoot, and things were going smoothly until my friend started arguing with the actress we hired. I couldn't get a word in between the two of them, so I decided to step outside of the hangar to clear my head and wait for tensions to cool. It was a gray, cloudy day; exceptionally warm and muggy. Much like the day after a summer rain. As I'm making my way around to the side of the building, I notice a rusted out truck. I walked towards it out of curiosity, and suddenly I feel something pelt the back of my neck. I hear the deep, loud buzzing of a large black fly, but then it turns to a massive droning as flies are emerging endlessly out of the tall grass. In the dream I can feel them hitting my skin, latching on, and then eventually biting in as they begin to devour me. My skin is covered, they're in my mouth and eyes, and I'm suffering a terrible sensation of pain. That is when I woke up.

Hi @Lammergeir! I am a trainee taking the Dream Stories Interpretation Mentoring class and I am interpreting your dream to complete one of my assignments. I believe the dream could be saying you’ve been working towards something you want to see happen in your life, but it seems to be stalled. In the waiting, there could be a temptation to get sidetracked and the enemy may bombard you with negative thoughts or lies to keep you from accomplishing what you set out to do. This is encouragement to stay the course and work through any issues that arise as you move forward into what God has for you. I am a trainee dream interpreter.
The dream is highlighting to the dreamer that the industry they are involved with can become a direct attack against the dreamer, causing significant pain and trouble. This is a warning dream to help protect the dreamer from this attack. This industry is full of lies, arguments, hurt and pain for the dreamer.
Recommend the dreamer rethink or evaluate there investment and involvement with this career decision. The dreamer may need to change there mind and assess the impact of current decisions.
There is also a gifting / ability over the dreamers life that needs to be better understood , and encouraged to grow and develop, finding the right career or environment is key to their happiness and success.
