I just woke up from a second dream and I was at my friend Melissa’s house. She didn’t live in her current home and lived in a house on a farm with a lot of land. I recall being in the house and we were planning to get ready to go somewhere and she said she had to see if the cows needed to cross first. I can’t remember exactly how she said it, but she said something to the effect that if I see one cow or maybe one of her boys, walking up then I needed to wait before driving back and if I didn’t see anything it was okay. I didn’t see anything so I got in my car and drove to the back of the house with my oldest in the car.
I remember seeing Melissa standing at the edge of a dirt road and these things that were supposed to be cows on the edge on the opposite side. The “cow” was freakishly large and all black and I couldn’t see a head. It looked like it had 4 humps but they looked like different sized nubs would look on a human hand. The other freakishly large cow had two humps, a smaller one in the back and larger in the front. I could not see it’s head either. Melissa was making hand motions and sounds to determine if the cows needed to cross and some how their lack of response was that they didn’t and she told them they could go back. The 4 humped cow began to glide backwards and somehow the 2 humped cow was on the other side of the other cow, directly in front of the drivers side of my car. It began to stretch and I realized it was a huge black lion! I remember it being all black and having lighter brown spots on the right side and a gold mane! It’s mouth began to stretch open and it snarled showing it’s huge teeth as it stretched like a cat with its paws out front.
I told Melissa that was a Lion and she said I don’t have lions out here, I told you these are cows. I said to her I don’t care what you’re supposed to have out here, that’s a Lion! Somehow one of my other children (I don’t remember if it was my 7 year old son or 4 year old daughter) ended up outside in front of my car, directly in the lions path. I freaked out and panicked. I wanted to get out and grab my baby as the Lion looked like it was getting ready to charge. I was scared because I didn’t want to trigger it by opening my door Melissa (very athletic) saw my fear and saw my baby and charged over and grabbed them And saved them Just as the Lion started to run. It was like a movie where the Lion was on the other side of the road was farther away as it began to run allowing Melissa enough time to save my baby.
I remembered my sister was with me and seeing her walking outside of the car. I couldn’t see her anymore and I thought the Lion was charging at her and I recall screaming her name in fear And not seeing her Anywhere. I drove around to the front of the house and got myself and the kids inside where we were safe. I looked at my phone and saw that my kids dad had called and my mom had called but I didn’t call them back immediately. I was trying to calm down and when I did, I put my AirPods in to call my kids’ dad back to let him know we were all okay and the phone immediately connected to my moms phone and I was annoyed because I wanted to talk to him first but I stayed on the phone with my mom. She told me that my sister had called her and my kids’ dad and let them know what happened and I realized that my sister had gotten away and was safe.
