About 6 months ago, I had a dream that was really just a picture. It was a map of the US. It was plain white and outlined in black. Across the middle, it was stamped "destruction" in red letters and the west and east coasts were pinned. I immediately woke up. feeling like something was going to happen on the coasts. Do you think that has any type of meaning?

Typically, I would begin by simply praying personally and in the process of prayer let the Lord reveal if He wants you to share the dream or the need for prayer.
I felt like it was an indication to pray.. My mother had a dream about Houston over a year ago and we have been praying. Then, a week before Harvey, I dreamed that Houston sank and my mother was making a public service announcement taking responsibility. She was saying "I guess this is my fault because I knew it was going to happen." And I was explaining that it wasn't her fault just because she had a dream.
But when praying about these dreams and a few others, a couple of cities came to mind to pray for specifically. But I don't know if I should tell my friends and get them to pray too or just keep these things to myself.
This is an intercessory dream calling you to prayer. Since the dream was 6 months ago, it would seem that based upon recent events it is probably related to natural disasters and your role in praying for safety and protection. One lesson from this dream is to learn to begin to pray (even when you don't fully understand a dream) as soon as you have it. Prayer is always a good response to any dream and often more important than sharing that dream or its meaning with others.
