My interpretation could be very wrong here so please discard if it doesn't sound true about your friend! I think God wants you to pray for your friend Rose. There may be stubbornness and religious spirit in her in this season that's making it difficult to bear spiritual fruits that God wants for her. I think God the Creator has informed you something is about really good about to happen to your friend, Rose that she will receive hope and help or healing maybe from God over something might have troubled her from the past (or her physical body/health?).
